Northwich Fire Station

Northwich fire station is a wholetime fire station operating the day crewing shift system of nine firefighters and officers crewing a fire engine, command unit and welfare support unit 24 hours ad day, seven days a week.

Additionally there is a Watch of 15 on-call firefighters and officers that operate a second fire engine. These are firefighters who may have other employment and be on-call for us. Each on-call firefighter carries an alerter while available for call-outs during their normal day and must be capable of reaching the station in a short time.
