Lord Lieutenants Award Ceremony for Poppy Appeal 2011

On Monday the 16th of April Fionn, Jen, Nick and I (Elaine) went to the Poppy Appeal Awards with two Leaders. While we were there, we were awarded a 'massive' trophy together with Holmes Chapel cadets for helping organise a Poppy Appeal collection with them.  We also collected three certificates for; attending the poppy appeal, for coming third in raising money and one for Nick and Jen who raised the second highest amount of money.

After the awards were over we had a buffet which consisted of Sandwiches, Spring Rolls and Chips with various sauces.  Overall it was a very enjoyable evening.
