The information collected within this monitoring form will be anonymous and used purely for our legitimate interests to research whether there are any trends in the complaints / compliments made about Cheshire Fire Authority and monitor the equality of opportunity or treatment of our customers. It will not be used to identify individuals. Where a trend is identified with regards to complaints the Service will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
