Fire Authority

The Fire and Rescue Service is ultimately managed by the Fire Authority. The way that the Fire Authority operates is set out in the Fire Authority Manual.

The Fire Authority makes decisions through a formal meeting process. Details of these meetings, sub-committees, agendas, background papers, and minutes are published in our Fire Authority section.
