FOI 1705 - E-scooter Fires

Please can you tell me how many incidents you attended in the calendar years 2020 and 2021 where the cause of the fire was an electronic scooter (e-scooter)?

There were two fire incidents in 2020 involving E-Scooters. There were no fire incidents in 2021 involving E-Scooters.

 Please be aware that there is no specific category on our data systems for E-Scooters or Electric Scooters. The information provided is based on a keyword search for ‘E-Scooter’ or ‘Electric Scooter’ on our incident recording systems.
