FOI 1899 - Callsigns and Equipment

I was wondering if you would be able to release a full list of Callsigns of operational vehicles at stations. I understand a few, such as E28P1 would be Lymm's pump and ES060 is some sort of station manager. I would also like to know what the callsigns would be for a group manager or area manager if they had to tip out to an incident. A bit like how shropshire have done it; https://www.shropshirefire.gov.uk/call-signs 

I was wondering if you would be able to release an inventory list of what is onboard a fire appliance.
