FOI 1909 - Data loss

Over the past 5 years have there been incidents of data loss at Cheshire Fire and Rescue.

By data loss I mean:

-Material copied from police computer systems illegally/hacking

-Material misplaced, lost or incorrectly stored

 Between 1^st August 2018 and 1^st August 2023

 If there has been data loss, please could you detail the date of loss and what happened.
